What a season looks like
Most hotels open between late March and May and close in October. You sign for the whole season, usually six days a week in high summer. On the islands, many hotels offer staff accommodation and meals. We tell you exactly what each offer includes (pay, hours, housing, meals and travel) before you accept it.
When the Greek season ends, the Alpine winter begins. If you want to work all year, we can line up a winter season in Austria or Germany. See our work in the DACH region.
What can you expect to earn? See our Greek season 2027 salary guide.
How it works
- 1. Apply: tell us about yourself and upload your CV. It takes two minutes.
- 2. Talk to us: we call you to understand what you want: the island, the role, the dates.
- 3. Meet hotels: we introduce you only to properties that fit, and only with your permission.
- 4. Start: we help with the offer and paperwork, and stay in touch through the season.
Questions candidates ask
Do I pay anything? No. Our service is always free for candidates.
Can I work in Greece without an EU passport? EU, EEA and Swiss citizens can work in Greece without a visa. Other nationals, including UK citizens, usually need a work permit arranged with the employer. Tell us your nationality when you apply and we will be honest about what is possible.
Do I need to speak Greek? For most guest-facing roles in international hotels, good English is what matters. Greek or another language such as German, French or Italian is a plus.
Is my application private? Yes. Hotels only see an anonymised profile, with no name or contact details, until you agree to be introduced. See our Privacy Policy.
